Print at home & All printables (i.e. all digital files) are sent instantly via email, at no additional charge.

Prints are eligible for full refunds if: 1) they are returned within 30 days, 2) the return shipping includes a tracking number, 3) they arrive in original condition, and 4) return shipping cost (~$3 to $5) is paid by the customer.

Print at home & All printables cannot be returned because they are digital files.
